We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania! Responsibilities:
+ Conduct thorough reviews of applications to verify completeness and accuracy.
+ Accurately input and maintain data across internal databases and financial systems.
+ Organize documents by scanning, printing, and ensuring efficient record-keeping processes.
+ Prepare and compile comprehensive document packages for both internal and external use.
+ Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via inbound calls.
+ Manage email communications, ensuring timely responses and clear correspondence.
+ Handle appointment scheduling and maintain team calendars with precision.
+ Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to perform diverse administrative tasks.
+ Support team operations through both inbound and outbound phone calls.
Requirements
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certification in Office Administration is a plus. Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience with data management systems is an asset.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering professional customer service.
+ Outstanding organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
+ High degree of accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and review.
+ Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
+ Ability to meet deadlines and handle shifting priorities effectively.
