複数の経営陣メンバーのアドミサポート提供 (スケジュール管理、出張手配、ミーティング企画・運営、資料作成、ニュースレターなどの編集・発行作業、経費清算、ベンダー支払い等)

【必須】5年以上のBilingual Administrative Assistantの業務経験
+ 【必須】Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teamsなど) での業務経験
+ 【必須】日英ともに高いコミュニケーションスキル
+ 日本語:主に社外とのコミュニケーションのためのビジネスマナー、レター作成
+ 英語:社内、APAC, US本社との英語でのコミュニケーション(Speaking/ Writing/ Reading )
+ Healthcare業界における経験あれば尚可
+ Adobe Marketoの業務経験があれば尚可
**English** **Language Skill** **(英語力)**
TOEIC (Score(点数):900点以上 )
