Administrative AssistantWhat does a successful Administrative Assistant do at Fiserv?
You will perform administrative duties for several Vice Presidents and their teams within Output Solutions Technology. This role requires a highly motivated, service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a wide variety of tasks.
What you will do:
Proactively manage and optimize executive’s calendar, meetings, travel, and expensesQuickly learn organizational structure, department operations, corporate policies, systems, and proceduresFilter, prioritize, and manage incoming requests, ensuring only the most strategic reach the executive.Attend staff meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.Track and follow up on deadlines and tasks, keeping initiatives on course.Provide support for presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents, including preparation, proofreading, verification, and assembly.Represent the team with professionalism in all aspects.What you will need to have:
7 to 10 years of extensive experience, including supporting vice president-level executives.2+ years of exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint2+ years of experience working well under pressure, exhibiting a calm demeanor and adaptability to changing business demands.2+ years of strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form relationships across all levels of the organization.What would be great to have:
