Uta Halee Academy (UHA) is a female-specific, residential program that offers young women opportunities to build productive and meaningful futures for themselves and their communities. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features residential student dormitories, on-site schooling, a dining hall, and extracurricular opportunities for the students. Pay: starting at $19/hour

What you will do: The Administrative Assistant provides assistance to the designated supervisor and other site employees. Primarily, responsibilities include answering phones, completing expense reports, submitting billing, running concessions, handling petty cash and completing tasks with weekly and monthly deadlines. In addition, the role ensures all administrative office procedures are in compliance with ROP-established professional standards.

To be considered you should: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Schedule: Monday – Friday. 8am - 5pm.
