Administrative Assistant
**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant **Location:** Onsite – New York, NY **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM **Pay Rate:** $ 33.33/hour We are seeking a highly skilled and polished **Administrative Assistant** to provide advanced, confidential support to senior executives in a dynamic financial services environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, **bilingual fluency in English and Spanish** , and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion **Key Responsibilities:** + Heavy calendar management and scheduling for internal and external executives + Liaison with external agencies to coordinate meetings and events + Handle sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment + Communicate effectively with executives and line management to relay critical information + Process travel and entertainment expenses accurately and promptly (Concur experience a plus) + Provide support outside regular hours as needed, including evenings and weekends **Qualifications:** + Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in financial services; executive-level support preferred + **Must be Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)** + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure + Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills + Professional and polished communication skills via phone and email + Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive work ethic + Eagerness to learn and understand the business to operate independently You’ll be part of a Great Team Your work ensures transparency, trust, and accountability—key pillars for responsible growth and operational integrity.
