Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will work on the Product Marketing team and be responsible for providing general administrative support to the department. This role involves performing routine clerical and administrative functions such as preparation and maintenance of documents and reports, coordination of meetings, maintenance of department files both in hard copy and electronically, product forecasting, organization of samples and supplies, and answering internal inquiries.

ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support to the Product Marketing team.Prepare and maintain documents and reports.Coordinate meetings and maintain department files both in hard copy and electronically.Assist with product forecasting and organization of samples and supplies.Answer internal inquiries efficiently and professionally.Essential SkillsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including V-lookups, Pivot tables, and spreadsheet creation with formulas.High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and PowerPoint.Ability to learn and effectively use the internal ERP software system (Syspro) for forecasting, reviewing sales information, and updating systems/documents.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in administrative support, clerical support, data entry, filing, and scanning.Work Environment

This position is based onsite near LAX/Westchester. The team is generous with their time and knowledge, making it a great opportunity for someone newer in their career.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
