+ 1+ year of recent administrative experience, preferably within a manufacturing company.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Ability to communicate and work effectively with different teams.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Job Description
Provide administrative support to the manufacturing team by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documentation. Assist in the preparation of SOPs and collaborate with HR on general administrative duties. Coordinate and arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics for staff and visitors, and manage office supplies and equipment to ensure their availability and functionality. Handle communication tasks including phone calls, emails, and mail, and support inventory management and procurement processes. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.
Responsibilities
+ Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the manufacturing team.
+ Organize documentation and assist in putting together Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
+ Collaborate with HR to support general administrative duties.
+ Prepare reports, presentations, and conduct data analysis.
+ Coordinate travel, accommodations, and logistics for staff and visitors.
+ Manage office supplies and equipment.
+ Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
+ Support inventory management and procurement processes.
+ Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and meetings.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
