Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing documentation, handling administrative tasks, and providing customer service. This is a fully onsite position requiring strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
ResponsibilitiesUtilize the tracking system to gather information and enter data into Salesforce.Scan and upload important documents using a desktop scanner.Sign and organize manifests and other paperwork.Assist with mail flow and ensure organization.Perform general administrative tasks as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to properly handle important documents.Strong attention to detail.Organizational and clerical skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsSome data entry knowledge or experience.Ability to work independently.Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.Preferred administrative experience.Work Environment
The position is based in an office environment within a waste/environmental services facility. You will work alongside 5-6 other admin team members who will provide training and support. The role is fully onsite from Monday to Friday, with flexible start times ranging from 6 AM to 8 AM, depending on operational needs. Training includes a one-hour online session on signing and handling manifests, as well as Salesforce and system processes. You will work independently without micromanagement, with biweekly team meetings to ensure alignment and support
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
