The Field Administrator plays a crucial role in providing administrative, customer, company relations, and facility support to the organization. Under the direct supervision of the Area Supervisor, this position ensures that area billing, reporting, and other day-to-day office operations are organized and functional.
ResponsibilitiesSupport field construction management and crews as required.Assemble and maintain final job packages for handover to the billing team.Identify issues and escalate them as necessary to management.Maintain a professional appearance at all times.Work well with individuals from diverse socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.Essential SkillsStrong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Exceptional organizational and planning skills.High commitment to achieving goals and tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate Degree or Bachelor Degree preferred.Administrative background preferred.Basic billing experience.Experience in the utility or construction industry is a plus.Work Environment
The role is based in a corporate office environment with business casual attire. The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5/6pm, and Friday is a half-day ending by 2-3pm.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
