As the Administrative Assistant, you will be reporting to a Branch Manager. Responsibility will vary based on the branch needs. This is a great position to get into the mortgage industry. Responsibilities Administer front-desk area, acting as liaison between customers and co-workers in person, via phone and/or email.Answers and appropriately routes inbound telephone calls responding to inquiries and taking messages or transferring or paging as appropriate.Greets and direct visitorsOpens and distribute inbound mail.Manages and posts outbound mail according to company policyReceives, routes, logs and distributes deliveries including but not limited to those received from FedEx, UPS. Maintains adequate supplies of all shipping and delivery materials from various vendors including intra-office.Secure offices at closingOther duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technologically proficient in MS Windows software.      High school diploma or equivalentMust be bilingual, Spanish speaking Min USD $15.49/Hr. Max USD $15.50/Hr.
