Administrative Assistant
Elevate your career by joining our dynamic global organization as an Administrative Assistant in the Legal Department of Iron Mountain. In this role, you will be responsible for all administrative duties, such as, billing, filing, directing internal mail, purchasing, processing payments, expense reports, scheduling appointments, and other responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage travel and schedules of 1 Senior Vice President and 4 Vice-presidents
Manage expense reports and check payment requests for settlements and other invoices
Assist with presentation preparation as needed for team and client meetings
Manage legal department general email inbox and physical (scanned) mail distribution
Coordinating signatures needed on legal documents
Coordinate external mailing of documents
Monitor general workflow assignment tool for global regions to escalate issues to regional leaders as needed
Requirements
Communications skills, both verbal and written, in English.
General office skills relative to phone manners, business correspondence and filing.
Negotiation skills relative to vendors and collections.
Ability to use G-suite.
Organized.
Detail oriented.
