Description Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Pryor, OK (100% onsite) Employment Type: Temporary, with strong possibility of Temp-to-Hire Start Time: 7:00 AM (Overtime required) Salary: $25-$30 per hour Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pryor, OK. This position offers the opportunity to start on a temporary basis with the potential to transition to a permanent role. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for data entry into Acumen, managing onboarding paperwork, tracking timesheets, and handling filing and scanning tasks. You will work closely with field employees and project managers in a dynamic blue-collar environment. Key Responsibilities: + Perform data entry tasks using Acumen software. + Manage and organize onboarding paperwork for new hires. + Track and process timesheets accurately and efficiently. + Handle filing, scanning, and document management. + Communicate effectively with field employees and project managers to support operational needs. + Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Requirements Requirements: + Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. + Proficiency in data entry and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). + Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Experience working in a blue-collar or industrial environment is preferred. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
