Description Robert Half is partnering with a leading healthcare industry partner to fill a contract, part-time Fitness Advisor! Bring your certified personal training experience to the table as an onsite Fitness Advisor, responsible for in-depth client advising and activity leading to promote fitness and wellness among members. Responsibilities: • Conduct interviews with members to assess their physical condition and recommend personalized fitness schedules. • Maintain detailed records of members' medical history, including past injuries or discomforts, to evaluate physical readiness. • Design and implement tailored exercise plans that promote wellness and meet the needs of senior members. • Provide education and motivation to members regarding self-awareness and physical self-management goals. • Supervise members during physical activities to ensure proper techniques are used and prevent injuries. • Evaluate members' progress toward achieving fitness goals and adjust exercise plans as needed. • Lead and facilitate fitness classes specifically designed for senior members. • Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning documents, and managing charts and graphs. • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and adherence to organizational standards. • Handle other related duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the organization. Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Certification in CPR and AED, or the ability to obtain certification within one month of starting employment. • At least two years of experience in personal training or fitness advising. • Nationally recognized certification as a Personal Trainer. • Familiarity with planning processes, progress tracking, and fitness-related chart management.
