Our client, an NYC based nonprofit organization, is seeking to hire a Temp Administrative Assistant to support the Head of the Design & Impact Team.

The position reports to the Head of Design & Impact, and will be an integral part of the team. Qualified applicants will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage calendars, deadlines and priorities. This role is fast paced; qualified candidates will be comfortable with multitasking. This role will be hybrid. Schedule is Monday - Friday, hybrid. 9am - 5pm. Temp duration is through September - this role covers a leave.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Head of Design & Impact's workflow and priorities by managing her schedule and anticipating steps ahead, including calendar management, travel management and expense management.Prepare for internal and external meetings for the Head of Design & Impact.Provide support in moving projects forward by assisting with information gathering, communicating with different parties, developing and monitoring plans and keeping track of responsibilities.Managing special projects assigned by the Head of Design & ImpactPrioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.Schedule, prepare materials and notes, and ensure follow-up for various Design & Impact staff meetings.Anticipate needs from the Design & Impact team and identify opportunities to develop processes and systems to streamline workflows.

Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree, or equivalent2+ years experience as an administrative or executive assistantExcellent written, oral and interpersonal skillsExcellent planning and organizational skills; strong attention to detailAbility to work independently, exercise professional judgment, and have discretionTeam-oriented and flexibleProficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Salesforce or other database/CRM a plus

Pay:
