We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality, professional, and comprehensive administrative support across multiple Retail regions. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to supporting regional operations and initiatives.

Primary responsibilities include:
Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics across regions.Expense & Documentation Support: Expense tracking and processing. Reporting & Presentations: Prepare reports and PowerPoint decks to support regional performance and communication.Onboarding & Team Support: Onboarding support and follow up.Event & Initiative Coordination: Support planning and execution of regional events and initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Admin Team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance administrative efficiency.What You Bring
Required Skills/Experience:
3+ years of administrative experienceStrong attention to detail, organization, and follow-upAbility to manage multiple and shifting prioritiesStrong communication skillsMS Office skillsA mindset for continuous improvement and customer centricityPreferred Skills/Experience:
Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePointIntermediate PowerPoint/Excel skills preferredHours and Work Schedule:
Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; flexibility required at times due to business needsPosition is hybrid, 2 days onsite/week.
