ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will support directors of various departments with an emphasis on the sales team. As part of your role, you will be collaborating with other administrative team members while performing administrative tasks to support our sales team and maximize efficiencies.
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Complete a variety of administrative tasks for the directors including but not limited to: arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, expenses, meetings, and agendas.
Ensuring administrative compliance, governance, and oversight regarding any/all activities related to the BRP annual business cycle and deliverables.
Work closely and effectively with assigned directors and other stakeholders to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities following up appropriately to ensure deliverables are met.
Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to streamline processes.
Coordinate, plan and execute events for the sales division.
Accurately track budget expenditures including processing invoices.
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of direct work experience in an administrative role with experience in planning/coordinating events.
Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment, fostering positive relationships through strong interpersonal and communication skills while seeking process improvement opportunities.
Location and in office expectations: Required to work onsite in the Plano, TX office 50% of the time, or the equivalent of 5 days per 2 weeks.
Travel required is 1-2 trips per year
Preferred:
Relevant experience providing administrative support to sales teams
Experience with ERP systems (SAP)
