Don't wait... apply today!** **Must Have:** Administrative Assistant Fielding telephone calls, filing, data entry. Coordination of meetings. Various reporting. Ordering of supplies/equipment. **Job Description:** Responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support for a department or group of individuals. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: coordination of meetings, ordering of supplies and equipment, payroll for staff eligible for overtime, and overtime reports. While some of the focus of this job is on the coordination and execution of administrative tasks, incumbents also spend substantial time performing clerical duties. Position requires excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsible for providing basic secretarial, administrative or clerical support. Execute routine tasks, such as filing, answering phones, making photocopies, sorting mail. **Responsibilities:** Use tools like Excel, Microsoft Word, Shared Drive to clean and merge datasets • Automate repetitive tasks where possible (e.g., using scripts or macros) • Maintain a clear folder structure and naming conventions • Handle sensitive customer data with confidentiality and care • Provide regular updates and documentation of process Preferred Qualifications: • Proven experience in data entry, data processing or operations support • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Macros • Familiarity with cloud storage platforms (e.g., Shared Drives and SharePoint) • Strong attention to detail and organization skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
