Act as the company receptionist to answer phones and welcome visitors.  Calendar management, schedule appointments, handling travel and hotel accommodations and any additional duties as assigned     Responsibilities:Schedules, arranges and coordinates meetings, receptions and travelComposes and/or transcribes correspondenceHandles organizational details for meetings, including transcribing correspondenceCorresponds in a timely, pleasant and professional manner with all constituents Organizes and summarizes information in excel spreadsheetsServes as receptionist to maintain the office, furniture, supplies, and non-computer equipment.Maintains confidentiality of all information Qualifications and Requirements:Detail-oriented. Able to produce accurate, high-quality work products.Flexible.
