PDS Tech Commercial is hiring an Administrative Assistant. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of administrative tasks with minimal supervision
Create, edit, and manage documents using Microsoft Word
Organize and maintain content in SharePoint
Use Excel for basic data entry and tracking
Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
Support general office functions and project coordination as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2–4 years of administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
