Administrative Assistant
Overview We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our team as an Operations Assistant. As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations and supporting our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and compliance. Manage customer logistics and invoicing. Ensure timely payment of invoices to vendors. Coordinate equipment purchasing and logistics. Handle email and mail correspondence. Provide administrative support to the team. Manage onsite office logistics. Ordering and planning events. Assist with processing orders, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving and delivery documents, service performance tracking, etc. General clerical duties as assigned. Collect and prepare information for various operational reports. Provide confidential administrative support to leadership and others as requested. Interact with internal and external customers. Collaborate with multiple teams. Other projects or duties as assigned. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications 5+ years of relative experience working with internal and external customers. Experience working with purchase orders and invoices. SAP experience. Ariba - MyBuy experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite i.e., Word, Power Point, Excel, etc. Strong problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented. Team oriented mindset. Strong organizational skills. Strong analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
