Your Role:
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the site by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position is vital for streamlining communication, coordinating workflows, and maintaining accurate documentation, thereby enhancing overall team productivity.
An additional focus of this role is maintaining quality-related documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and internal policies. The Administrative Assistant ensures that documents are properly created, reviewed, approved, and archived to support the company’s quality management system. Specific Responsibilities Include:
Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, submitting expense reports, and maintaining calendars for managementPrepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnelCollaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and support cross-functional projectsSupport HR by assisting with new employee hires such as administering testing, collecting required documentation, sponsoring benefit clinics, maintaining employee list and contactsDevelop, implement, and maintain document control procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirementsManage the creation, revision, and approval of quality documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality manuals
