Veraxx, a By Light Company is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to work the front desk in our Chantilly, VA location. We are seeking an organized individual who can communicate well with employees and Government customers.

Responsibilities Order/stock snacks and utensils (since drinks and snacks are now free, apparently this happens 3x more frequently!)Scanning/file purchase orders and putting in shared drive project foldersAssist accounting with Veraxx and By Light sales tax submissionExpense reportsAnswer Front/back doorbell; answer phoneSign in guests/visitor badgesOrder/stock cleaning products and paper/office suppliesSchedule maintenance issues as needed.
