We’re seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) and Human Resources (HR) teams. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations across recruiting activities and providing day-to-day support for both teams. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating campus hiring events, scheduling interviews, and delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and support. Offer general coordination support across the TA team to keep processes running smoothly.

Campus Hiring & Fresher Drive Support:

Plan and manage Fresher Drives, working closely with colleges and universities to attract top student talent. Partner with institutions to gather student details and promote early career opportunities. Support all stages of the campus hiring process—from assessments to interview scheduling and logistics. Monitor and report on event outcomes, including candidate pipelines and hiring progress.

HR Administrative Support:

Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks and employee-facing activities. Help organize onboarding sessions, new hire orientations, and internal HR events. Ensure processes are in line with company policies and recruitment best practices.
