Main Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for Digital leaders
Prepare and distribute meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Process invoices, expense reports and handle procurement requests as needed
Maintain and organize digital files, ensuring easy access and security
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
Organize team events, workshops, and leadership meetings
Maintain confidential files and documentation
Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees as needed
Handle confidential information with discretion
About You
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role
5+ years of administrative experience
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Discretion in handling confidential information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience supporting senior executives preferred

The salary range for this position is:
$30.26 - $40.35All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
