Individual must be able to work well with all levels of management and operate in a global environment._ **_While not all inclusive, responsibilities of this role include:_** + _Partnering with administrative team to support senior executive business calendar_ + _Strategically plan and coordinate ITS senior executive business rhythm_ + _Organizing and coordinating across other ITS administrative assistants to achieve goals_ + _Arranging domestic and complex international travel_ + _Arranging hotels and ground transportation for travelers from international sites to the US_ + _Maintaining IT senior executive calendar and expense statements_ + _Working with team to plan worldwide meetings and employee celebrations_ + _Setting up and maintaining employee mailing lists and mail folders_ + _Maintain space (offices and cubicles)_ + _Assist with creating and editing PPT presentations for leaders as needed_ + _Logistical support for customer and vendor meetings held at TI site_ **Why TI?** + Engineer your future.
