If you are highly motivated and thrive on collaborating with others, we want you on our team! This position will work across the bureau but also across all HHS division leaders and team members to assist the bureau with coordination of its activities. Responsibilities: This position will work across HHS to support all divisions in understanding and using policies, procedures, and document management process. Strong project management and oral and written communication skills are critical for this role. What You’ll Do: + Manages supervisory organization requests for the agency, including tracking, submission, training and support. + Assists the bureau chief with scheduling and coordination of bureau chief's calendar, bureau meetings, and other bureau scheduling support. + Serves as contact person for purchasing, project coordination, personnel, and information management system issues. + Assists bureau chief with special projects, gathering information and conducting analysis. + Develops bureau and program policies, processes and procedures; monitors and solves problems related to implementation. + Attends and represents management at regular and special meetings; participates in discussions and communicates management’s positions on specific issues. + Assists the operations team within the bureau with reviews, coordination and posting of policies, standard operating procedures, forms, and manuals. Coordinate responses to questions to those processes. + Manages the Bureau's SharePoint page. Develops and coordinates processes to bureau staff for maintaining information on SharePoint. + Assists Compliance and Administration teams with developing and updating their SharePoint page.
