Correspondence/documentation: Receive and distribute mail, filing and record keeping, HOD diary management Secretarial Support: Organising meetings; Preparation of documents for meetings; Arranging venues and refreshments for meetings; Attending meetings for the purpose of taking minutes General office operations: order stationery for the department, maintain stock related to the functionality of the department, receive visitors to the department and ensure functionality of office equipment Database Administration: Collate information for inputting on the system, check for the correctness of data and update data on a regular basis Departmental support: answering telephone calls and emails, taking taking messages, attend to student and staff queries related to the department, participate in all relevant departmental activities such as registration and graduation.
