(https://str.com/about) **ROLE DESCRIPTION** Ensuring that STR maintains its position as the market leader in global hotel benchmarking, you will be responsible for sustaining and driving the growth of hotel participants and wider industry clients from the agreed strategy for the region. You will own the full sales cycle – prospecting, lead qualification and nurturing, closing the sale, onboarding, training and subscription renewal. This role offers a variety of daily tasks, which help us to give our clients an effective and efficient service whilst protecting our data integrity and quality. You will be responsible for supporting and building relationships with clients. As you will be in regular contact with clients (both external and internal) strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills are required. You will be an expert for your region, providing valuable insights to clients that build their knowledge of benchmarking and the value derived from STR’s solutions. Being highly organized and having attention to detail is essential in supporting the regional team to facilitate varied engagement activities with existing and prospective accommodation and industry clients. To be successful you will need to be confident in dealing with numbers and have a strong eye for detail, an understanding of hotel performance statistics is essential. Prior experience in one or more of managing accounts, sales lead generation and hospitality industry experience is an advantage. Each team member needs to manage their own time effectively with a great deal of autonomy but still be able to connect, engage and draw advantages of the wider team. **RESPONSIBILITIES** The role is both internal and client-facing, which comprises these main areas of responsibilities: + Provide administrative support to Team North Asia, for office(s) management, staff benefits, anniversaries, and logistics. + Assist Regional Director with some paperwork and Contract filling. + Work closely with the Sales team and PwC accounting service team related to Fee Notes and Fapiao issuance, delivery to clients + Assist Sales team to manage account receivables. + Assist Sales team to manage client contract’s printing, mailing and filling + Assist Sales team to conduct data analysis and prepare presentation for seminars upon request. + Manage STR official WeChat account + Assist Shanghai and Guangzhou team with Service office related paperwork + Remote offices lease renewal and payment request + Assist Sales team to work closely with UK Finance and PwC on Fee note issuance once agreement signed + Double check client legal entity name, make sure information to be displayed on Fapiao is correct + Issue Fapiao, mail hard copy to clients and filling + Chase unpaid Fapiao and update the internal debt file + Assist audit company to prepare reports when necessary + Corporate gifts ordering, inventory management and filling + Business card, Marketing brochures, poster management + Conference speech request management – liaise with event organizer, send agreement, negotiate cost of logistic on behalf of speaker + Assist Sales team with seminar arrangement and pre-event preparation + Assist Sales to do data analysis, prepare deck when needed + Manager WeChat Account, post articles of market insight, or translated article from CoStar News **QUALIFICATIONS** + Confident communicator, eager to collaborate with others. A team player. Understand and follow the rules of confidentiality. + Endeavours to collaborate with others to achieve resolution goals.
