We're looking for an Administrative Assistant / Team Assistant who’s ready to step into a dynamic, international environment supporting senior professionals with expenses, meeting coordination, international travel and many more. You will play a pivotal part in keeping their day to day running smoothly.
The firm are seeking candidates that have gained a minimum of 1 year of experience as Administrative Assistant, Team Assistant or Coordinator within professional services, customer service, high-end hospitality or events logistics.
You will be client facing in your communication, highly organised and a people-oriented assistant that is seeking the next big step in their career.
Responsibilities, but are not limited to:
Managing scheduling meetings across multiple time zonesCoordinating global travel and logistics, including flights, accommodation, and visa arrangementsPreparing detailed itineraries and ensuring smooth day-to-day team supportProcessing monthly expenses efficiently and accuratelyCollaborating closely with a team of assistants — covering, sharing knowledge, and keeping momentumBuilding strong working relationships across the firm, both locally and globallyRequirements:
Fluent in either Korean, Cantonese, or Mandarin 1+ years’ experience in a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Coordinator roleExperience working in a fast-paced, professional environment12 - 18 month temping assignment, initial offer will be 6-month, to be extended to 12 - 18 months and the potential to become permanent based on performance.
Full-time, 5 days a week in the office
Hourly rate of £16 - £18 inclusive of holiday
