**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Support the Senior Director of Global Industry Sales and team with administrative services in a timely, cheerful and professional manner
+ Plan customer visits to our Marshalltown facility and support agenda development, logistics, meals, visitor strategy forms, gifts, and overall customer experience
+ Leverage Office 365 and Adobe tools to improve administrative tasks
+ Collaborate to plan large global events in Marshalltown like our Impact Partner Planning Conference, Severe Service School and Global Sales Meetings
+ Assist with answering calls from customers, support and guide them to the accurate team
+ Communicate professionally while representing the company with on-site recruiting activities, including invitations to candidates, interview schedules, travel arrangements, welcome baskets and follow ups
+ Support global sales team with unique travel arrangements including updating passports, visa documentation and invitation letters
+ Keep stock of sales team swag including customer gifts and team member apparel
+ Maintain daily communication updates for the sales floor
+ Leverage tools for process improvement
+ Process expense reports for leadership, code invoices, manage office mail and exports

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ 2-year degree, or high school diploma and combined experience
+ Strong communication skills through phone and email
+ Ability to work independently, anticipate needs and adapt to situations
+ Strong time management skills
+ Good interpersonal and customer service experience
+ Experience planning customer events and large meetings
+ Experience working on teams
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Experience as an administrative assistant or event planner preferred
+ Knowledge and experience with Office 365 and Adobe, experience with sophisticated tools like Microsoft Forms, Adobe Pro and PowerBI preferred
