Job Summary:
 

Netflix’s Feature Animation Content team is looking for an Administrative Assistant with a passion for Animation who can support a few executives within the department. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining calendars and a high volume of cross-functional and production-facing meeting requests across multiple time zones. This will require someone with a positive demeanor who remains calm under pressure while juggling multiple projects.  The candidate will need to be a self-starter with exceptional follow-through, organization, and attention to detail. This is a fast-paced position in a rapidly growing global studio that requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly adaptable. 


 

About the Content Team:

The Animated Film Content team is driving much of the creative inception at the studio, responsible for steering the development of our animated film slate. This visionary team collaborates with writers, directors, and artists to nurture fresh ideas and transform them into captivating films. By overseeing the creative process from concept to completion, they ensure each project aligns with our studio's vision and resonates with audiences worldwide. With a keen eye for storytelling and innovation, the Animated Film Content team crafts narratives that are not only entertaining but also deeply engaging, cementing our studio's reputation for excellence in animation.

 

What You’ll Do:

Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive, serving as a strategic partner and trusted resource.

Manage executive communications, triaging correspondence and calls, and facilitating effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain and optimize complex calendars, including scheduling and confirming meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinating international travel and expenses.

Proactively anticipate and prioritize upcoming deliverables, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and future needs are planned for.

Prepare meeting agendas, capture comprehensive notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up and accountability.

Support the executive in preparing for presentations, meetings, and critical deliverables, including managing prep time and reminders.

Manage and update studio databases, trackers, and documentation to support team and production needs.

Plan and execute team or production events, including offsites and recruiting initiatives.

Identify and recommend workflow efficiencies for the executive and the broader team.

Provide additional support on studio initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.

What You’ll Need:

Minimum of 4 years of experience providing administrative support to senior entertainment executives; agency or studio experience preferred.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and manage complex scheduling for multiple stakeholders.

Proven track record as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency with Google Suite and related productivity tools.

Strong understanding of the animation industry landscape and key players.

This role is based in the US.

At NAS, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your compensation. We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, location, skills, and experience.  The overall market range for this role is typically $33-60 per hour.  This reflects total compensation; we do not have stock options.
