Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide assistance to the Program Director, Division Director and DDA Managers and staff. Initiate, develop and maintain appropriate office procedures as required Provide office management related to administrative functions of program services Produce routine audit of medical record (progress notes, PCP’s, etc.) and follow up with team on missing documentation Reviews and maintains for Meaningful Day/ISS/Personal Supports Individual’s files to ensure regulatory compliance with individuals’ files. Collect and review weekly billing information. Review and prepare invoices and purchase requests for submission. In the absence of VRS Administrative Assistant, writes, maintains and distributes minutes and updates program and division information for division meetings and programming.What you’ll get from us.

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) plus three to four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have interpersonal skills sufficient to establish therapeutic relationships with clients and to communicate and work effectively with residents in accordance with rehabilitation plans. Ability to work independently. Completion of staff required trainings and certifications. Must possess analytical skills sufficient to handle routine administrative details, such as completing incident reporting, case notes, log notes, medication sheets, monthly progress notes, billing sheets and any other related documentation.
