**What you'll do…**
+ Partner closely with senior leaders to streamline their day and keep big-picture goals moving forward.
+ Own the calendar, inbox, and travel details, anticipating needs before they arise and clearing roadblocks before they happen.
+ Keep the team connected and aligned, from organizing key meetings to ensuring follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks.
+ Jump into special projects with curiosity and confidence—bringing clarity, coordination, and a can-do attitude to whatever comes your way.
+ Use everyday tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel to stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep things running smoothly.
**You'll have...**
• Associates degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or project manage.
• 3+ years of Microsoft software experience (e.g., Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other related programs).
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant.
**Even better, you may have...**
• Bachelor's degree or professional associate’s degree.
• Excellent proficient in writing, editing, and proofreading with strong attention to details.
• Learns new software systems and products/cloud tools with ease.
• Responsive, self-starter; takes initiative in resolving issues or concerns.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent time management skills.
• Displays a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Works well independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work collegially and collaboratively within a team environment in an open-concept office area.
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization, from executive leadership to individual contributors.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and support multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Collaborated across cultures to foster an effective team environment, with excellent communication skills-both verbal and written.
• Committed to providing seamless support across time zones.
