Administration Specialist
As a OneMain Administration Specialist, you will join a team that is quality driven. Administrative Specialists are held to a high standard and must be able to multi-task without compromising quality. Fact-finding analytical activities are required. This person will be in contact with staff, co-workers, internal departments, vendors, attorneys and insurance companies.. 

In the Role

Updating policies & procedures.Quality Assurance program.Working tasks assigned by management and special projectsMaking decisions in controlling business risks and staff results.Fielding difficult calls and account issuers from staff.

Requirements

High School / GED Diploma, some college preferredStrong problem solving skillsCreative research skillsStrong verbal and written skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and sensitive informationProficient in basic MS office applications
