Experience; Should have a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in the similar profile, more specifically detailed as following: -

Coordinating with regulatory bodies to fulfill all statutory compliances of Emergency Response Plan (ERP), Firefighting training, and Mock drill within given time (every quarter conducted & report submitted to the corporate team).Fire Drill Conducted every two months in various scenario’sHandling of Multi-purpose fire tender , Including Every day mock drill to be conducted with the team, daily maintenance, weekly, monthly, Quarterly, half yearly planned maintenance &Vehicle fitness, fire tender related to RTA documents & Everyday drill such as ladder, hose drill, pump drill. Rescue drill to be conducted.Adherent to safety training schedules allow workers to develop their safety knowledge and to deal with hazards and emergencies.Ensuring EHS Training Programs, Policies, procedures and systems redeveloped, to implement and ensure compliance with local requirements. To drive overall EHS management program successes through employee support and engagement.Ensure the fire safety compliance is being adhered in properly at work place areaEnsure all Personnel Safety training given related to (H2S/BA, PTW, fire watcher, Security trainings, FH operations, fire extinguisher operations, Fire monitors important, Sprinkler water curtain system fire discharge hose & nozzle handlingFire extinguishers & SCBA, Compressor air to be checked the TPI & maintain the valid certificates (PESO & HPT)Hydrant, fire extinguisher, Public Address system, Fire detectors maintenance through third party AMC & legal compliance to be adhered. Conducting self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), MCP, Fire alarm, Smoke detector, fire extinguisher, fire discharge hose, hose station, Hose reel, foam trolley, Hydrant pump room inspection, foam inspection on monthly basis. Maintaining the critical spare & Procuring product, quality of the materials, budget preparation & new projects to be planned & completed Propagating safety awareness through campaigns, competition, safety quiz and other activities which will develop & maintain the interest of the workers in establishing & maintaining safe conditions of work & procedures Conducting induction safety training and toolbox talk.To prepare the daily fire Logbook and Monthly statically data (FH system down line down time, Fire tender breakdown history, fire related failure report) to submit to the corporate head. Ensuring worker and work premises safety by periodic walk-through safety audit.Educating and practicing safety observation and interaction (SOI) with the company employees.Implementing “5S” method to make practice of proper housekeeping in the work premises and to avoid incidents of trip, slip and fall.Implementation of PPE matrix in process area. To strive hard with  knowledge to attain Zero incident/accident rate.Internal audits of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & OHSAS 18001 follow up for closure of observation.Tracking of legal compliances and evaluation of compliances. Safety promotional activities such as Annual safety week, road safety day, fire service day, environmental day etc.... Daily and routine safety walk-down to identify unsafe acts and condition & Conduct work permit audit and permit closure audit.
