Role & Responsibilities:
Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) :
This position is responsible to assist day-to-day administration duties, facilities and equipment management. To provide a full range of supporting works. Including but not limited to access control and CCTV system maintenance, meeting room management, meeting and project support, business license management and travel booking system supporting, etc.
Key Result Areas:
Office management, provide support to office daily maintenance and operations. Payment arrangement and office cost summary Monthly report data analysis Vendor management and contract renewal Business license supporting Facility and equipment maintenance, include fixed assets consolidation and management Internal communication, assist to develop and implement FM policy & guideline. Act as a liaison with external stakeholder Office construction project supporting Others FM function supporting
Competency Requirements :
Behavioral Competencies -
College degree or above Skillful operation of office software such as MS-Office. Careful and thoughtful, hardworking and able to work under great pressure. Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
Functional Competencies –
List down specific set of functional skills required to perform in this role
Experience
Minimum Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in administrative or FM is required
