We're looking for an Administration Officer in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig to support the service department with the administration of service-related procedures and monitor full compliance of service and repair schedules in line with Aggreko procedures ensuring high quality customer service.

Provide a first-class customer service role across the business, both internally and externally, including diary management and travel management.Organise travel, including booking taxis and organising required visas/documentation and inoculations.Prepare for meetings and events including drafting agendas, circulation of required material, recording Minutes of the Meeting (MOM) if required, room bookings, preparation of room, catering and technical equipment etc.Support the operations of sites and offices, including office supplies, general facility tasks, filing etc..Support on office management including coordination with building management, & BGC induction/welcome of new employees,Event management as required.Efficient storage of documentsSupport the finance and hire desk controller for the AR related activities like follow up with payment, updating of tax documents.Support the finance on AP-related activities like RFP, payment confirmation, review of travel and rental car invoicesYou’ll have the following skills and experience:
College Degree in Admin or relevant qualifications. Minimum 2 years of experience in related fieldsAvailability to travel as and when required.Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent command of English language, spoken and writtenExperience in an ERP system is desired.Effective planning organizational and time management skills. Excellent keyboard skills, computer literate and experience in spreadsheet packages.High level of commitment and loyalty. Quality oriented with attention to details and capable of working to deadlines.Capable of working on his/her own initiative.
