What does the role entail?

\n

As part of your normal duties, you will:

\n\nCo-ordination with Workshop operations ensuring the timely completion of daywork and events\nTo prioritise & allocate workloads to team to offer balanced workload across team\nCarrying out weekly invoicing reports of all workshops financial data ensuring correct charges to all customers\nConducting 1-2-1's, return to work interviews, disciplinary investigations and other management tasks in line with company policy\nMonitoring operational resourcing requirements ensuring you have the correct levels for the operational staff to meet requirement\nCreating a positive team environment, overseeing daily operations, delivering customer centric solutions, and resolving conflicts\nCreate Customer Centric working relationship with Brand Account Managers\nKey room management and reporting completing regular audits\n\n

What do we need from you?

\n\nPreviously experience within a Team Management/First Line Manager position is essential\nAutomotive/Dealership Industry experience would be desirable\nAble to conduct 1-2-1's, performance reviews, setting goals and delegating tasks along with providing coaching, where required\nAnalytical skills with the ability to present data/information packs to stakeholders\nStrong communicator at various levels - ability to assess individual customer needs\nIT literate and able to adopt to new technologies\n\n
