We’re hiring a Team Assistant to support senior-level professionals (VP and Associate level) in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll collaborate with assistants and colleagues across global offices, playing a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
What we’re looking for:1–2 years of experience in a similar role – such as Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, or CoordinatorConfident in managing complex diaries, travel arrangements, and logisticsExcellent communication skills and a proactive, professional attitudeComfortable working in a dynamic, client-focused settingKey responsibilities:Managing calendars, coordinating meetings and international conference calls across multiple time zonesOrganising global, multi-stop travel and preparing detailed itinerariesHandling visa applications and travel documentationProcessing monthly expense claimsWorking collaboratively with other assistants and providing support where neededWhat’s on offer:6-month contract to start, with potential to extend to 12–18 months based on performanceOffice-based role – 5 days per weekA high-performing and supportive team that values precision and initiative£16.00–£18.00 per hour, inclusive of holiday payIf you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy supporting a busy team — we’d love to hear from you!
