The role We are excited to announce the opportunity to join our team as a: OpCon Platform Administrator SoftwareOne Scope: Full-time | Location: Medellín | On-site (Hybrid model) What a typical day in this role looks like: Continuous monitoring of client infrastructure and platforms. Handling of medium and high complexity incidents and requests across various platforms. Support and administration of event orchestrators across multiple platforms. Platform administration and execution of complex operational tasks. What we need to see from you Profile: Technician, Technologist, or Professional in Systems, Electronics, Software, or related fields, with experience in the operation, monitoring, and administration of Opcon. Required Skills: Systems and technology platform administration Knowledge of OPCON, CLEARPATH, and SINCO Task automation and preventive/corrective maintenance Application of patches, updates, and system configurations Monitoring and incident resolution Technical documentation and knowledge management Experience in system migration and integration ITIL framework and SLA compliance Analytical thinking, teamwork, and user-oriented approach BENEFITS A unique culture with corporate values that promote a grateful and supportive work environment.
