In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Provide administrative support to sourcing engineers. Send e-mail requests to 3 suppliers for quotations, following up in 1 to 2 days. Select the best offer after comparing and sharing with the supervisor. Negotiate with suppliers as the need arises. Advise the analytics team for part number setup upon order confirmation Ensure supplier provides timely delivery and without quality issues, to meet customers delivery date. Provide any other admin support as needed.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
NiTEC / Diploma or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain or any related field Minimum 2 years sourcing/administrative support in a Manufacturing environment. Effective communicator, possessing good negotiation skills and proven supplier management capabilities with strong customer focus. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Word and Excel Meticulous and can work independently Fast learner and able to work under pressure.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Previous experience in procurement of sourcing from market suppliers. Strong negotiator with track record. Interns and fresh graduates may apply.
