The Position

Admin Specialist - Business Enabling DE

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Specialist to join our team in Budapest. As administrative assistant you will provide professional administrative support to the Roche Diagnostics German affiliate. Together with your colleagues from the German team you will ensure consistency, continuity and aligned processes. As a communicative, proactive and team oriented assistant, you will carry out tasks with minimal direction, making recommendations and ultimately finding solutions.

Your key responsibilities include:

Provide 1st level customer support and administrative assistance across various areas.

Manage and coordinate calendars, prioritize meetings based on urgency and relevance.

Create, structure, and maintain work documents, files, and reference materials.

Organize logistics for in-house and off-site meetings, including travel arrangements and visa applications.

Handle purchase order management, invoice processing, accruals, and time tracking.

Act as a first point of contact and subject matter expert on core administrative matters.

Collaborate with peers to harmonize administrative support, share best practices, and support projects/initiatives effectively.

Who you are:

As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. Furthermore, you have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in administrative education

Multi-cultural acceptance, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.

You are tech savvy and proficient with technology applications and enjoy exploring new digital tools. You have strong Google Suite skills.

You have strong people skills, you like and respect people and can interact comfortably at all levels of the organization, including senior levels of the company and can represent the team to others in this same spirit of respect, approachability and friendliness.

You are able to work independently and with a team effectively.
