Ford and SK On are investing billions in Kentucky and Tennessee including building three state-of-the art battery manufacturing facilities between the two campuses at BlueOval City in Tennessee and BlueOval SK Battery Park in Kentucky. These brand-new advanced manufacturing facilities will use Ford’s 100-years of automobile manufacturing expertise and SK On’s 30+ years of electric vehicle battery expertise to become the world’s best battery manufacturer.
About the Opportunity
The Admin Security Specialist at BlueOval SK will manage the overall administration security including management of security policy, overseeing incident response, to author training documentation and reviewing new systems design and major modifications for security implications.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Perform system security administration on designated technology platforms, including operating systems, applications, and network security devices, in accordance with the defined policies, standards and procedures of the organization, with industry best practices and vendor guidelinesOversee incident response and the investigation of security breaches, and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessaryTechnology security administration for access to IT systems and applicationsReviewing new systems designs and major modifications for security implications prior to implementation Developing audit plans for systems and processesManaging risk program and perform process analysis and documentationCollaborating with other teams to ensure compliance with the Information Security Policy and Federal RegulationsAuthor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training documentationMaintaining security documentation to ensure that they are organized and reviewed by subject matter experts in a timely mannerConducting collaborative meetings between the applications, networking, server, database, and application teams to address collection of metrics, system controls and, process improvementCreating reports that identify gaps and remediation recommendationsArranging meetings, circulating agendas and preparing meeting minutesMinimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent work experienceBachelor’s degree in IT or similar field with 5 years of work related experience, or 9 years in lieu of a degreeProficiency in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and penetration testing methodologiesFamiliarity with LINUX/UNIX OS, routers/switches/firewalls, Windows PC platforms, NAS platforms, Firewall, Intrusion Detection devices, endpoint security software, network/sever security vulnerability and protectionFamiliarization with Information Security Policy and security related Federal RegulationsAbout BlueOval SK
