We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Operation Support - Mandarin Speaker to join our team at the Testing, Inspection & Consultant Company' in West Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time role will provide crucial administrative and operational support to our business, with a focus on leveraging your excellent Mandarin language skills.
What you'll be doing
Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the operations team
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in both English and Mandarin
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
Contribute to the implementation of new office procedures and processes
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed
What we're looking for
1 years of experience in an administrative or operational support or Fresh garduate are welcome
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office suite
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude
