Position: Full-time temporary Admin Officer

Location: Crewe

Contract: until April 2026

Working Hours: 37 per week Mon-Fri

Pay rate: £15.93 per hour

Brook Street have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin Officer to join our public sector client based in Crewe. This is a temporary assignment which will run until April 2026 with a view to extend beyond this date. The main responsibility of this position is the continuous review of rosters planned and actual to identify risk in relation to fatigue in respect of company standard and industry good practice.

Job description:

The purpose of this position is the continuous review of rosters planned and actual to identify risk in relation to fatigue in respect of company standard and industry good practice. Duties will include but not be limited to:

Review base roster against company standard to identify fatigue risk and solutionsReview actual rosters against company standard to identify fatigue risksReview late change variations to rosters to identify fatigue riskMonitor and record mitigation implemented to manage fatigue riskIdentify opportunities to reduce fatigue riskMonitor and record exceedances to the maintain action tracker and highlight variances which may affect real time and future roster requirements to the Principal project plannerSupport investigations into exceedances

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience of Microsoft Office PackagesAble to prioritise workloadsKnowledge of fatigue standards and legislation would be an advantage
