Performs a variety of duties to support administration of the assigned department(s).
Core competencies include, but are not limited to the following:
* Composes, types, and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications.
* Receives, screens, and routes visitors and telephone calls. Responds to, escalates, and follows up on inquiries and problems asappropriate.
* Schedules/coordinates meetings, conferences,special events,appointmentsand travel arrangements.
* Maintains assigned calendar(s).
* Maintains files and office equipment.
* Orders and stocks supplies.
