Job Title: Admin Assistant - Disbursement

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must be Bachelor's Degree holder or a graduate of any Business Course

At least 1 year or more experienced employee in the related field is required

Proficient in computer applications e.g. Microsoft Office

With excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferably knowledgeable in Manpower Payroll Processing

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for checking of all billing statements/invoices of the 10 CityMall sites.

In-charge of processing request of payments in an accurate and timely manner.
