Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. **WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:** + Provide support to the Plant Manager in routine activities that ensure the smooth running of things within the company (mediating communication with employees, translations where appropriate, making reports, presentations, etc.) + Answer the company's central phone line and redirect calls to the departments involved + Support with travel-related needs for our external and internal stakeholders (transportation from/to airport, hotel info etc.) + Responsible for organizing the regular medical check-up and maintaining the relationship with the medical check supplier + Manage company correspondence (E-mail and / or fax) + Fill- in and issue medical leave certificates for the company's employees + Submit to the authority the Medical Leave certificates + Keep track of the locker rooms + Provide support to the Human Resources team (eg: new employees / leavers reports, etc) + Keep in touch with the transport provider + Manage the set-up for highly complex meetings/working sessions (book meeting rooms, communicate agenda to stakeholders, arrange for in-room requirements etc.) + Internal communications for Plant location + Liaise with Talent Acquisitions to set up local interviews + Coordinate all logistics for company events and meetings to ensure employee engagement + Ensure availability of stationery supplies + Ensure availability of coffee, milk, water etc. + Send / receive Bookster books **YOU HAVE:** + Academic Background - High school studies or University degree + Previous experience 1-year in a similar position + Skills: MS Office + English - conversational level + Proactive behavior and service orientated + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Strong sense of ownership and initiative, collaborative and flexible attitude, with ability to execute tactics to support strategic plans + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:** + Accurate - With an eye for detail, you achieve thoroughness and accuracy in your activities. + Ambitious - You may be just starting out, but you know you have the potential to grow and the desire to realize your potential. + Analytical - Having the ability to interpret complex data, you can also translate this into meaningful, useful information that informs decision-making. + Collaborative - You ask, and you listen, you take ideas on board and work with your team, taking everyone in the same direction. **WE HAVE:** + A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day + nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
