Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and in person Process orders, invoices and delivery notes Maintain accurate records and support sales reporting Assist with marketing, events, and admin tasks Support the Finance Manager with reporting and coordination You’ll Need:
Degree in Finance, Business, or similar 2–3 years’ experience in an admin or support role Strong communication and multitasking skills MS Office and CRM knowledge A customer-focused attitude with a sharp eye for detail
