We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Valencia, CA. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured office environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Enter customer orders into internal systems accurately
Generate and manage invoices
Provide general office support as needed
Communicate professionally with clients and internal staff
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word)
Prior experience in invoicing or order processing is a plus
Schedule & Compensation:
Workdays: Monday through Thursday
Hours: 9am-5pm
Pay: $20/hour
